BACK IN STOCK ... and the roastery smells FANTASTIC!
A long time ago, we had a book that our father brought back from a business trip as a gift. It was a beautiful book about "gems of Brasil" and featured amazing photos of precious gems and stories to accompany them. One of the gems was a sapphire. It was a wild green color and it made us so happy that sometimes we would run home from school just to flip to the page and gaze into its facets. So sparkly, even as a photo. This coffee is from the same place as that one gem -- and sometimes we think the roots of the coffee trees intermingle with undiscovered gems imparting their energies into coffee beans just before they are picked. Corny, we know. But whatever. You're going to LOVE IT.
