Community Impact: Buying this coffee supports the newer Quantit mill, a lifeline for independent coffee growers in the region and often their only option for miles. Farmers who process here and paid a high premium for their beans.
Farm Notes: This high elevation farming region is made up of rugged hillsides with little traditional infrastructure. The mill serves farmers from the town of Chabe. This is a natural process where cherries are floated and hand-selection occurs, followed by drying on African raised beds for 13-15 days.
